Кто в теме? Можете доступно объяснить, что за х.... очередная от наших правителей. То что хотят деньги у народа отжать и крутнуть по мутным схемам - объяснять не нужно, и так все ясно, как день. Интересует, как не угореть в результате этой реформы(по крайней мере теоретически, т.к. в то, что мое поколение если и доживет до пенсии - будет ее получать, я лично не очень-то верю
